Carl was born and raised in Pembrokeshire, South Wales (United Kingdom). His formative years were spent in a religious atmosphere rooted in the traditions of men, but lacking the tangible presence and power of God. In his mid-twenties he had a dynamic encounter with the Holy Spirit. He was ‘born again’ and ‘Spirit filled’ in June 1999, at Lakewood Church, Houston under Pastor John Osteen’s leadership. Since that enigmatic encounter, he’s witnessed powerful manifestations of the Holy Spirit to ‘destroy the works of the devil’ (1 Jn 3:8). These include the healing of cancer (three times), brain tumor, scoliosis, shingles, fibromyalgia, crohn’s disease and celiac’s disease. His passion is to expound upon these miraculous experiences, equip believers in the knowledge of their righteousness and empower them to do the works of Jesus Christ.
Carl originally came to the United States to pursue a career in the Oil Industry. He was a Petroleum Engineer for twenty years, and worked for several Fully-Integrated Oil Companies (both Public and Private) in the cities of Houston, Denver and Tulsa. He was also a Petroleum Engineering Consultant until he finally accepted the call to full-time ministry. He received a Civil Engineering Undergraduate Degree (B.Eng., First Class Honors) at Salford University, Manchester (1996) and a Master of Science, in Petroleum Engineering (M.Sc.) at Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine, in London, England, UK (1997).
In 2009 he accepted the call to preach the Gospel and commenced his ministerial training at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma majoring in the Pastoral Office (2012). He also attained a Master of Ministry (M.Min) with distinction (Graduate Medal) at Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, Oklahoma (2012). He recently obtained a Doctorate of Theology (Th.D.) at Biblical Life College & Seminary, under the tutelage of Dr. Michael Lake (March, 2017). Carl is ordained with the IPHC (June 2012) and licensed by RHEMA Bible Church (Jan 2015). However, his crowning achievement is marrying his lovely wife Amy, in Dec 2012!
He functions primarily in a prophetic anointing; forces his congregants to laugh at his awful jokes, and enjoys ministering on the streets and in the Prisons of Colorado. He can also be found every weekday on his radio program, Reigning in Righteousness, currently running in Denver, Pittsburg, and Pensacola. When he’s not ministering, he enjoys riding his Harley, and eating ice cream and chocolate. Carl is a member of the International Society of Christian Apologetics (ISCA) and Evangelical Philosophical Society (EPS)…to Jesus be all the glory!
David has over 20 years in music ministry background serving as a musician, choir director, vocalist and worship leader. He seeks to draw worshipers into the tangible presence of God that transform, heals, saves and delivers the body of Christ. His prayer is that this generation will be called back to seeking God in a passionate way to see His spirit manifest in the supernatural and transform lives. He has led for different styles of churches and denominations, but prefers vertical praise that rises straight to the throne room of God.
David has been in banking and finance for 21 years in Northern Colorado. His musical roots extend over 35 years and are influenced and stem from the south as a Pentecostal Preacher’s son with an Alabama mom that played gospel piano. His major influences were Andre Crouch, Carlton Pearson and Donnie McClurkin. He married his college sweetheart Steffani while obtaining his BFA at Evangel University on a football scholarship. Together they have three musical sons Zach, Tyler and Derek and enjoy all Colorado activities including skiing, camping, fishing and hunting. Steffani has taught and spoken for churches, women’s conferences and retreats telling her story of being raised from the dead with David and his (sons) music team leading worship.
He helped direct the Evangel College Gospel Choir fours years while attending there and evangelized the country with his family’s gospel singing group in the 80’s. In addition he was the interim choir director at Resurrection Fellowship for a year. He obtained his MBA from Colorado State University in May of 2013. He has been involved with the music department at Resurrection Fellowship in Loveland Colorado for 25 years playing keys, B3, bass and leading worship.
Amy is wife to Pastor Carl first and foremost and a soon-to-be mom. She was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and decided to become a believer in Jesus at six years old. Amy was raised in a strong Christian family, who honored God’s Word. She lived a Godly life growing up but eventually realized she was lacking the Holy Spirit’s empowerment to demonstrate the works of Jesus. She knew there was something more as she read Acts and studied scriptures. This all changed when she received the ‘gift of the Holy Spirit’ (Acts 2:38, Acts 10:45) and ‘the promise of the Father’ (Acts 1:4), and since that time, her life has never been the same. Her heart is to see the power of God fall in Denver through praise and prayer. She loves to see the power of God change lives and specifically is passionate about women’s ministry and one-on-one discipleship, deliverance and healing sessions. She is also a licensed minister through the IPHC. Amy is drawn to opportunities to connect men and women with their God-given desires and potential and supports her husband through active ministry service and co-labor.
Amy has a compassionate heart to sow into others and her love for evangelism has taken her overseas. She has a master’s degree in Business Management, is currently a Product/IT Manager in the healthcare arena.
